Playroom in an unfinished basement

An active family with three small children wanted a playroom where their toys, games, and videos could be easily accessible.
The unfinished basement had lots of unused space.
This renovation keeps existing mechanical equipment behind the new walls, and includes a half bath and direct entry from the garage.
