Adventures with ALICE: Abacos 2005 #2

Hope Town harbor became one of our favorite spots. Alice has her awning up in the center of the frame. Sun at last.

The ocean beach was a great walk, although we didn't get up the nerve to swim there.

The peppermint striped lighthouse overlooking the harbor is a big attraction

It attracted Alice to the point that a poorly registered computer chart shows us anchored literally on top of it after an overland approach! Don't try this at night.

The magic hour of sunset, enhanced by an Abaco dingy.

.

This is what it is supposed to be all about. We had to go back to the frozen north for a month, so left Alice on a mooring in Man O War Cay till our return in March.
