Adventures with ALICE: Back to Maine via Bermuda: Spring 2006

Bing is back aboard, sporting a "pirates of the Caribbean" beard.

Michael Davies is back, too, teaching the mysteries of celestial navigation and bringing his 90,000 miles of ocean sailing experience.

Nothing wakes up the whole crew like the cry of "fish on".

This was a nice 3 person size mahi-mahi. Note Michael preparing his last drink of fish rum.

Bing has learned more than engineering at Dartmouth. He can cook, too. Eat your hearts out, girls!

We left the Virgins with the tall ship Picton Castle in sight, and we saw this 170 footer again just as we were approaching Bermuda. We actually beat her into the harbor.

The harbor of St. Georges is a popular spot for all kinds of vessels.

For more, it's still 850 miles to Maine.
