Adventures with ALICE: More Maine Cruising 2011

Mil Kime, Sergio Modigliani, and Michael Davies are the hard working delivery crew  on the spring passage from Narragansett Bay to Deer Isle.

.

Dolphins accompanied us

The new Yankee jib looked good and is our workhorse sail.
Classic schooners passing is a sure sign we are nearing home port.

.

Maine seascapes never fail to be beautiful.

We cruised downeast in company with Belladonna, and ate well every day!

Meribah and I had a father-daughter cruise while Kathy was receiving a literary award in Oklahoma. We had to cut it a bit short as Hurricane Irene was bearing down.

Alice was queen of the harbor at Swans Island as always. She survived Irene with no problems on her own mooring.
